The list
The car is in very good shape for its age, but a little rough around the edges.
Just under 100,000 miles on a twenty-year-old car is low, and it shows. The bones are good.
I drive very little these days, aside from trips to Colorado to settle my father's estate. That leaves time to fix the car up slowly.
So I am making a list.
The list starts with the things that keep the car safe and reliable. Then the things that keep it comfortable. Then, last, the things that just make it nicer.
There is no rush. The aim is to do each job once, and do it right.
I will write up what I find and what I learn as I go.
